From my very first contact, I was impressed by the professional, friendly and customer-focused approach of the entire team, particular Jacob.
I received a fair and competitive price for my trade-in vehicle, together with a fair (haggle free) deal for the BYD Seal I was purchasing.
What really distinguished Swansway, however, was the level of service throughout the whole process. The pre-sales and after-sales support was second to none, and I always felt that my business and satisfaction genuinely mattered to them.
There is a significant difference between simply selling a product and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Swansway unquestionably falls into the latter category.

The experience at BYD Chester was good because of their friendly, efficient and thorough service.
BYD Chester were great because the sales person provided all the information very quickly and was very informative. I had a very bad experience with another BYD dealer but the Chester dealer restored my confidence in the product.
