Harry from BYD Chester was excellent.
I was in a rush for the car due to work and he pulled doit all the stops to make sure I got the car in time.
I bought the BYD Seal udmi comfort.
This was to replace a Mercedes c300e.
I have to say I think this car is better than the Mercedes overall and its best part of £20k cheaper, I've been on the motorway for pretty much 2 days and completed 700 miles, runs sweet and is super comfy, like sitting in an arm chair for the whole journey.
If it proves to be reliable I don't think I will ever have a need to swap brands in the future.

I would not recommend BYD Chester because they refused to deliver the car . This is the first time in my life of buying new cars and I'm in my late 50s and I've bought many a car that a dealer had flat refused to deliver on the grounds of "company policy ". Not the sales person fault .. just the company . We had to take a day off work losing money and travel half tge length of the country to collect the car. Its a real shame that they take a short sited approach to it as this is a fantastic car at an amazing price from a great manufacturer. Would I buy a BYD yes .. I'm actually considering the seal or the BYD’s Yangwang ( if it comes to the UK ) but won't buy from Chester .
I'd recommend BYD Chester because the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and kept me updated from decision to purchase right through to collecting my car. Ben & Matt are amazing
